The Marriott continues to hold a one-game lead in the City Co-ed Softball League.

Marriott’s latest win was over Capt. Brien’s, 17-6.

Leading the team were Greg St. Amour with five hits, Kurt Busch, four and Cathy Marinaro, Robert Ashe and Evan Holewinski with two hits each. Jerry Bonfitto and Brian Rotkvich led Capt. Brien’s with three hits each.

In the other game, DaVinci’s downed Barely Legal, 13-9. Jason Berning and Brian Kocak slammed out four hits each, Cindy LaVallee three and Dale Rod two. Marco Magdalener and Tim Sunyog had three his each for Barely Legal, with one of Sunyog’s hits a home run.

On Thursday night, DaVinci’s battle Marriott at 6:30 and Capt. Brien’s goes up against Barely Legal.
